USAGE & INTRODUCTION:
The machine conforms to the "cGMP" specification for the new easy to break plastic bottle filling and heat sealing, by reference to the design of similar models from abroad. Through the automatic bottle sending, filling the bottom, automatic covering, hot melt-type bottom sealing, a specific machinical hand to send bottles out, the machine completes the process work, being the first choice for oral liquid filling equipment.
The whole machine adopts PLC control, man-machine interface operation, automatic and manual switch control, with empty bottles leak inspection, no bottle no filling & broken bottle remove, frequency stepless speed regulation , automatic counting functions. Compact construction, high degree of automation. This machine is equipped with easy to break plastic bottles manufactured in a clean area, can reduce the area for washing, drying and sterilization processes, saving production site, also has bottling and transportation not broken, etc..
