USAGE & INTRODUCTION:
The machine conforms to the "cGMP" requirements applicable to the powder filling and stoppering of vials or other similar bottle. It is the measuring and filling machine in the Powder production line.
The whole machine adopts PLC control, man-machine interface operation, stainless steel to send bottles, servo motor control, four head screw filling, four screw filling, mechanical hand to stopper. It has functions of frequency regulating speed, screw shell hit the alarm, no bottle no powdering & no stoppering, count, alarm records check..
The machine works in isolator, with online cleaning, online sterilization, online automatic weighing, and equipped with sterile powdering and stoppering interface, and dust particles detectiong interface.
