USAGE & BRIEF INTRODUCTION
It conforms to "CGMP" requirements, applicable to metering filling of ampoule bottles, made up of the QCL vertical ultrasonic washing machine, MSH-B type hot-wind cycle sterilizating tunnel oven,AGF type automatically ampoules filling and sealing maching.
This line adopt the advanced technology of ultrasonic washing,needles water-gas alternate flushing,bottles sending out by synchronization belt;hot-wind cycle 100-class laminar sterilizing; ceramic metering pump filling&sealing.And it takes small area,high automation.
This machine group adopt touch screen moving display operate,PLC program control.It has the function of on-line cleaning,on-line inspecting,alarm when over-temperature,no filling when no bottles, automaticaly counting etc.
